Directions

1. Use you Clients case number as the Subject of the E-mail. (Please do not include the "Dash) 
   
2. Please ONLY upload your client's most recent federal tax form. If we need your client's state tax form, or pay-stubs, we will contact you.
3. when you upload the federal tax form, please give the name of the file you upload the 7 digit case number of your client's bankruptcy case. Please do not include the "Dash" (example 1731234, NOT 17-31234
   
4.  As stated in the Chapter 13 Order to Debtor, you MUST upload these documents within 14 days after filing the bankruptcy petition, so that the Chapter 13 Trustee is fully prepared to conduct your client’s 341 meeting
